What do I do when the store says I Need the ad to get the price.

Ask for a supervisor as the Walmart Ad Match Guarantee clearly states you do not need to bring in a ad to get a price match. The Hot List has the product name, the item amount or size, the sale price, where the ad was printed and when the deal expires. This makes it very easy for you and the cashier to answer any questions about the sale item.

After hearing some of my co-workers complaining that the cashiers at Walmart were asking them for the ads in order to price match I looked up Walmart's policy online. It stated that the customer does not need to have the ad in order to get the price. I then called Walmart., asked for the manager and told him this story. He said he would pass this info on to the employees at their morning meeting that the customer does not need to bring in the ads to get the price match. Pat
